Hydraulic power unit

Control elements such as a hydraulic valve are directly installed on the hydraulic cylinder, through which to pressure high pressure oil into the cylinder or releases high pressure oil. A hydraulic station with a special drive technology is used to control the actuator action of the hydraulic system. The oil pump supplies oil to the system, automatically maintains the rated pressure of the system, and realizes the holding function of the valve in any position. Using standard components, it can cope with most application conditions required by the market, and the power unit also makes the special application more cost advantage.

Selection description of hydraulic power unit:

1.According to the required hydraulic function, select the corresponding hydraulic schematic diagram.
2.According to the load size of the hydraulic cylinder and the piston movement speed, reasonably select the gear pump displacement, the system working pressure and the motor power, and determine the technical parameters of the hydraulic power unit.
3.Power unit products include: tailplate power unit, flying wing power unit, sanitation vehicle power unit, snowplow power unit, lifting platform power unit, elevator power unit, small diamond power unit, three-dimensional garage power unit and customization, etc.

Hydraulic power unit matters needing attention

1.Take it lightly when handling, impact or collision may cause damage to the product or oil leakage.
2.Before installation, ensure that the cylinder, pipe, joint and other hydraulic components are clean without any impurities.

3.The hydraulic oil viscosity shall be 15 ~ 68 CST and shall be clean without impurities, and N46 hydraulic oil is recommended.

4.After the 100th hour of the system, and every 3000 hours.

5.Do not adjust the set pressure, disassemble or modify this product.
